Terms and Conditions
All orders will be sent within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Orders sent via a partially tracked service will only have partial tracking. We are not able to provide more information than is currently given online. Partially tracked orders will be classed as lost after 12 working days
for UK orders, from the date after the last tracking details are updated.
We are not able to repeat or refund your order till this date has passed as there could be an unexpected delay in the delivery which is out of our control.
If any item is received whereby the packaging is damaged, please DO NOT sign for this and advise us by email to email@example.com quoting your order reference.
Upon signing for the delivery, you are accepting the correct delivery for your items, you do however have up to 24 hours from receipt to advise us of any issues.
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age. UKARA / VCR Act: If you order a product that comes under the VCR act 2007, you will be required to have a UKARA license other valid defence (re-enactors, museum, etc.).
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
Please note that all postage of any item for whatever reason sent back to us will NOT be refunded, however in the case of faulty products, damaged products or any situation that requires a replacement, postage back to you will be covered by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale without prior notification. You are responsible for all local charges and taxes for importing goods. If a package is abandoned or destroyed due to fees not being paid, we will not issue a refund.
Should an order be requested to be delivered to a country where Airsoft and the associated products are illegal, we will not be held responsible for customs seizure of your products. No refund will be issued.
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Warranty periods for our products will apply for all items from the date of the purchase and are as follows:
Spring powered rifles, 3 months - All or any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt Alterations of any part of a Rifle or pistol, that has not been carried out by an Airsoft Cymru technician, will invalidate any warranty.
AEG & Gas powered products, 2 months - All or any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt 1 month Warranty is given on gas powered magazines - incorrect gas usage, misuse or negligence by the user will invalidate any warranty. When you return an item always return a copy of your invoice and a note of your name, address, tel number and a brief description of why you are returning it.
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact us immediately to discuss your problem.
In the event that the product is indeed faulty and warrants a replacement, the original product must first be returned to us for inspection. Once our staff and engineer confirm the fault, at our discretion a replacement may then be arranged. No refunds or replacements will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse. In these cases, all warranty on the product is voided. No refunds or replacements can be given in the event of a non-receipt claim after 2 weeks (14 days) from the courier/postal services recorded delivery date.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 7 days with a letter explaining the situation and must be, un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's and the original invoice. If opened or used in anyway, the item cannot be returned. You are responsible for return postage costs.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to disassemble any products purchased from us yourself, doing so will invalidate your warranty.
Change of Mind Cancellations. You can return your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days following the day you receive the goods by: emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you ordered a product online (subject or title line of your email 'Returns'). Please include your full contact details and details of the return. Postage back to us will not be covered. Refunds will only be made after the purchase item/s are returned to us. Your returned product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used in any way. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
Paypal refunds. If you choose to pay via Paypal then any refund will be subject to 3.7% of the order value being retained by Airsoft Cymru. We have had to implement this as Paypal DO NOT refund the fees they charge Airsoft Cymru when we issue a refund.
We cannot cancel your purchase when: you have used the product in any way, any irreplaceable seal has been broken, the goods were a special order to your specification (ie. VCR two tone paint) or specially ordered for you.
Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. Conditions of the Warranty Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
Our warranty cover does not include:
Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
Any breakages and faults as a result of accidental/negligent damage or misuse.
Any routine maintenance required.
Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Airsoft Cymru.
Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by our staff
Any faults arising from the use of poor quality or substandard BB's (recognised quality bbs: RZR, Tokyo Marui, Geoffs, BLS & Excel)
Any faults arising through using incorrect lubricant
Any faults arising through using incorrect quantities of lubricant
Any faults arising from a gas replica/product being used with the wrong gas
Any faults caused by the product being altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our engineers)
Gas guns: Do not store BB’s in magazines over a long period of time.
Do not store gas in magazines over a long period of time.
Do not use in the cold. Gas products will not work well/at all in the cold.
Airsoft Cymru may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time as may be required.
Item Descriptions may be updated as and when required without prior warning. Any customers affected by such item description updates will be notified by email if the item has not yet been dispatched and they will be able to cancel their pre-order without penalty. This does not include any updates that are out of Airsoft Cymru's control such as expected arrival due to manufacturer/transport delays.
